1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or Public Holidays.
- In case of a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or SMS if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Time
- We aim to deliver across India as quickly as possible.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 business days (depending on the location).
- Remote Areas: Delivery to certain remote locations may take up to 10 business days.
3. Shipping Rates

4. Shipment Tracking

We offer COD services for most pin codes across India.
Please ensure you are available at the time of delivery to collect the package and make the payment.
6. Damages & Issues
Parampara Vistar is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you receive a damaged package, please take a photo/video while unboxing and contact our support team at [Your Contact Number/Email] within 24 hours of delivery.
7. Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we will contact you for a re-attempt. Additional shipping charges may apply for the second attempt.
